What type of fragrances do you offer?
We specialize in handmade perfumes, and our collection includes a wide variety of unique fragrances. We have everything from sweet and fruity scents to tropical and fresh fragrances. Check out our website to see our full collection!

Do you offer samples?
Yes, we offer sample sizes for most of our fragrances. It’s a great way to try before you buy and find your perfect scent. The best and cheapest way to test our perfumes, which we always recommend, it to purchase a sample pack, which contains five 2ml samples, either pre-picked or you can pick your own, with the 'Five Pack'.

Are your perfumes vegan and cruelty-free?
Absolutely! We are proud to say that all of our perfumes are vegan and cruelty-free. We do not test on animals or use any animal-derived ingredients in our products.

How long will my perfume last?
The longevity of our perfumes varies depending on the fragrance, skin type, and other factors. However, our fragrances are made with high-quality ingredients that ensure long-lasting scent. We recommend applying to pulse points for the best results.

Do you ship internationally?
At present we only ship within the UK. This includes the Isle of Man but excludes N. Ireland, Guernsey and Jersey.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once your order has been dispatched, it can’t be cancelled — but you can return it if it’s unopened (see below).

What if I change my mind after my order is shipped?
If you no longer want your order, you’re welcome to return it once it arrives, as long as it’s completely unopened and in its original packaging.
Please note:
You’ll need to cover return postage.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
A 10% restocking fee applies, as our perfumes are handmade to order.

Can I return an opened perfume?
No — for hygiene and safety reasons, once a perfume has been opened or unsealed, it cannot be returned.
That’s why we always recommend trying our sample packs before committing to a full-size bottle.

What if my order is damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll replace it right away.

What if my parcel is lost?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, get in touch with us. If Royal Mail confirm the parcel is lost, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect your return.
