DELIVERY INFORMATION

• We currently only ship within the UK.

• Standard delivery: £2.45 per order (Royal Mail 2nd Class) may take 2-5 working days.

• Upgraded delivery: £4.99 (Royal Mail Tracked 24).

• Handmade to order – Every item is handmade to order with care. Please allow 2–3 working days for dispatch. This time includes making your item and arranging the Royal Mail collection. During busy times or if Royal Mail has delays, dispatch may take a little longer..

• Royal Mail uses 24hr and 48hr delivery services as delivery aims only. These are not guaranteed timescales, and we are not responsible for delays that may occasionally occur.

• Delivery times cannot always be guaranteed to rural areas or during severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Returns Policy


As we sell cosmetic products, we do not usually accept returns. We recommend the purchase of a sample pack to discover your perfect perfume, before purchasing a larger bottle as a blind buy. However, this does not affect your statutory rights. To be eligible for a return, your item must be completely unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We have a return window of 14 Days. Our full policy is below.

Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.

• Once an order has been dispatched, it is treated as a return (see below).

• We strongly discourage refusing delivery of dispatched orders. Refusal results in the parcel being sent back through the postal system without tracking, which can take several weeks or in some cases lead to the parcel being lost. If you wish to return your order, please accept delivery and follow our returns process so the item can be safely tracked back to us.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products (cosmetics/perfume), we have a strict return policy for hygiene reasons:

• We cannot accept returns on perfumes that have been opened or unsealed.

• Returns are only accepted if the product is completely unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.

• Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

• If returning an item over £50, we recommend using a tracked service or purchasing postal insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

Refunds

• Refunds will only be issued after the returned goods have been received and inspected.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns, as our items are handmade to order and resources are allocated specifically for each purchase.

• Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving your return.

Sale Items

• Sale items are non-refundable.

• Orders placed using a discount code or promotional offer are still considered full-price items (not “sale items”), and are therefore eligible for return under the standard returns policy.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or lost in the post.

• Exchanges are not offered for change of mind.
